OK, so I slipped again. I went to McDonalds for breakfast and I didn't work out today. :-( I'm really annoyed with myself. Other than breakfast though, I ate well, so at least thats ok.

This blog is dedicated solely to the tracking of my progress on the Body for Life program. I am using it as both a log of my state of mind on various days and weeks in the program and a motivational tool so my friends and family can make sure I am continuing with the program.
